The club’s superbly spacious premises feature full-size boxing rings, numerous punchbags and a variety of weights and equipment so provides a perfect environment in which to train. There are separate male and female changing rooms with shower facilities too.
Whether you’re a beginner or an experienced boxer with bouts under your belt, there are sessions to suit you.

SQUAD
Serious sessions for ABAE-registered boxers and those aged between 10 and 40 aiming to box competitively with sparring, ring and fitness work under the expert guidance of the Academy’s coaching team. Members are expected to attend at least three sessions per week.

BOXING FITNESS
Get into great shape with these fantastic work-outs using basic non-contact boxing techniques and fitness training – ranging from punchbag exercises to circuits. Suitable for beginners and for those wanting to keep/get fit from the age of 12 upwards, it’s a brilliant way to let off some steam at the end of the working/school day.
For girls that wanna have fun, our twice-weekly ladies only sessions are proving increasingly popular.

PAPERWEIGHT
Seconds out for youngsters, aged between 8 and 12, at these fun-filled and lively sessions that are loved by all those who attend. The perfect blend of boxing tuition plus a whole heap of fun and games that will expend energy and be thoroughly enjoyed.

OPEN HOUSE
Everything goes at these open sessions featuring both boxing and fitness training. All ages welcome – including beginners.
