ABAE-registered boxers and those aged 10-40 hoping to become competitive boxers. Members are expected to attend at least three times a week.
Children aged 8-12 – boxing tuition, fun and games.
Fitness workouts using basic non-contact boxing techniques and training. Suitable for beginners and for those seeking to keep/get fit, ages 12+.
Open for both boxing and fitness training, all ages (8-80!). Suitable for beginners.
All sessions are mixed male/female.
